It is affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shanxi Provincial Government and is a subsidiary of Shanxi Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shanxi Provincial Government.

The company takes the circulation and operation of medical devices as its main line, with the extension of industrial links as its focus, and is committed to developing the big health industry. It mainly engages in the sales of large medical equipment and consumables, participates in public bidding projects of the government and major hospitals, and its sales business covers 70% of the tertiary hospitals in the province, 80% of the secondary hospitals, and some hospitals across the country.
